A few years ago, I created an illustrated story in which I explored my fears and how I’ve been overcoming them. Being with them has filled me with wisdom, and I’ve learned to navigate them with love, but: What is fear? Why are we afraid? What are we afraid of? Why do we run away from them? Why does fear paralyze us? Why do we see it as a problem and not as an ally in our personal growth?

That’s how this illustrated micro-story came to be about what I thought of fear, my own fears, and how I perceive them to affect us.
