The Important Things

💫 I’ve always wanted the chance to create a story using my illustrations for a short film, and since that opportunity hadn’t come up, I decided to take the initiative and develop it over the course of a few years.

📽️ I’ve been working on this teaser since 2020, during which time I had to make many career decisions to free up time to complete it (though the pandemic actually helped a lot in making it happen). I was also lucky to have friends who helped me along the way, guiding me, offering advice, and providing feedback on aspects such as the story, character development, and animation, among others.

The Important Things is a little dream I’ve been working on for many years, facing many obstacles along the way, but every one of them has been worth it. Whenever I see it, it fills me with warmth, and I can’t believe I actually made it happen ✨.
